Passionate Pisces022586 | AHA, About Cappy in 7th house(the below clip is taken form www.cafeastrology .com/relatinship_potential.html) QUOTE BY ASTROLOGER Saturn in the seventh house has has a bad rap. In my experience, this position of Saturn does not seem to deny or delay marriage. I have seen enough people with Saturn in the seventh who have married young, and whose partners are not considerably older than them. However, it does suggest a gravitation to a responsible and mature partner, as well as a heavier and more serious view of partnership than average. The native takes his or her partnerships seriously and will usually go to lengths to fulfill his or her responsibilities in partnership. The native has a hard time dealing with excessive neediness in a partner, and often feels a lot of pressure in and through a partnership. If trust is compromised, there may be a tendency to withhold affection. The person may "go through the motions", but will withdraw emotionally when hurt or slighted END QUOTE BY ASTROLOGER

pearlized | I have Saturn in the 7th house and i am married for 3.5 years, same person for 6 years. IMO Saturn in 7th house is about security and finding a stable partner. The restricts a Saturn in 7th person can put on a relationship can be too much for some people. |

The above was rather scary, esp. the going through the motions. I'm on the outs of a long term relationship which was, after the trust was broken all about going through the motions for our daughter's sake. I have always had that feeling that I'd marry for love when I was older. ------------------ Sun: Libra Asc: Libra Moon: Capricorn Merc: Scorpio Venus: Scorpio Mars: Virgo |
seveneieghtorange | What? I have capricorn on the 7th house..does that mean I am never going to get married?!?! |
Belage | Isn't Angelina Jolie Cancer rising? which would give her a 7th house in Capricorn. She was married to Billy Bob who was older than her. Although she is now with Brad Pitt, she doesn't seem interested in getting married again soon. |
aquaspryt69 | I have Saturn retrograde in 6th (interpreted in the 7th). Am on the down side of 30 and have never been married. Never really wanted to be married. I'm extremely independent and the thought of marriage sends off red flags. I have no problem being in committed relationship. Last one was for 8 yrs, current one is at 3 yrs. I find I am attracted to older men. Unless the younger one is very mature, then I have no use for them. Can't and won't deal with the stupid drama! Of course there are 40 and 50 yr old adolescents, and I let them know straight up I'm not into them. I guess you could say I'm a bit too serious when it comes to relationships. I've been in too many f***** up ones and was mentally, verbally and physically abused. I got myself into those relationships and stayed for way too long. My bad! One thing I've noticed that's become accutely accurate with my sobriety is my ability to "see". I just don't fall for that s**t anymore. Spry

CoralFrequency | Well my moon is in Capricorn and most of my 7th is in Capricorn.. so is my Mars/Neptune. I'm very anally retentive when it comes to changing the status quo when it is a status quo I like and feel comfortable with. For instance, right now.. I’m 20.. I'm happy with where I'm living. I like my house, I love the location.. just off the beach (beautiful beach to). If I fall in love I'd like to have him around (but not every single day) and definitely not living in the same house as me.. I like the subjects I'm studying right now and I’m doing quite well, not the best I’ve ever done.. but it’s not bad. So I guess I see no reason to change anything. There is a Sag guy in my life who is so much fun.. great guy and I like to have him around.. but I need space.. loads of space.. I always thought this was from Aries not Cap.. Probably why I love mutable guys – my chart is very mutable/cardinal (only one fixed). I guess I just feel I need time alone to recharge or just think.. I’m far from being ready to change my life so drastically by getting married when I’m so happy with my life the way it is.. but being 20 (almost 21) .. I’m still young. In my 30s I’d like to have a family I guess (if it’s with the right person). |
pearlized | You guys sound just like me a few years ago. I couldnt understand why a husband and wife had to live in the same house?! My how my outlook has changed. My advice, approach relationships at your own pace not someone elses and things will happen as they are supposed to. |
awatson4 | I dated a guy with capricorn in the seventh house along with neptune rx. Also in capricorn at the end of his 6th house was saturn and uranus rx. With him, I thought he was constantly lying to himself about the relationship, which would make me angry because I am all about being genuine. Because I felt he was lying to himself , I felt he was lying to be about the nature of the relationship which ultimately led to its end. With my venus in Taurus his inability to ensure me this senarity made me nervous and made me think the relationship was a waste of time (mars in capricorn). Then again his venus WAS in gemini and his mars in pisces, and for a direct and deep girl like me...not too good. So, do I think he will get married. Yea, definately because he has great qualities, but if he does get married it has to be to someone who trusts his one-sided nature and can appreicate the comfort he give rather than looking for deeper meanings. His natal line up: sun: gemini 12H moon: cancer 1H mercury: gemini 12H venus: gemini 12H mars: pisces 10H jupiter: taurus 11H saturn: capricorn 6/7H uranus: capricorn 6/7H neptune: capricorn 7H pluto: scorpio 5H *note-7 and 8th house is capricorn too 1st and 2nd house is cancer |
Neon Artemis | I have sun conjunct Jupiter in the 7th house. I am 29 and have never been married. (According to traditional astrology I should have been married about 4 times by now ) In fact, I've only had about 4 relationships in my life and only one of them lasted past a year. (That was because we didn't see eachother often) I tend to go a few years between relationships - sag rising. I will marry "the one", my equal and complement, for the long haul and no one else. I am quite content to remain unmarried otherwise, I don't mind being with myself. I'm not going to settle and marry out of loneliness or fear. |
Venus De Milo | I'm guessing, but from what I know of Magi astrology, I bet Cinderella transits would be conjunctions, trines and sextiles between your Moon or Venus to Chiron. And/or your transiting Chiron aspecting your natal Moon, Venus and perhaps 5th and 7th house. Magi Astrology believes that Chironic connections indicate marriage and Juno indicates a long term sexual relationship. They believe Juno is the most sexual planet of all. |
Wednesday | I have Venus and Mars in the 7th House. Seems like marriage is a noticeable part in my life, be it my 'rents pushing me to get married, people introducing me to guys with the intention of marriage (NEVER just dating, it's very curious)... it's like I'm just not complete if I'm not married. Maybe it's Venus? For some reason I'm like the wife material. I do wanna get married... but I can't be pushed into it, I need to feel right. |
mudmama | I am fascinated by this Cinderella/Chiron aspect. I wasn't sure if I should start a new thread to discuss this or not. I've noticed that Chiron is retrograde and currently moving backward through my 5th house (natally it was in my 6th house) ------------------ Sun: Libra Asc: Libra Moon: Capricorn Merc: Scorpio Venus: Scorpio Mars: Virgo |
cristiname | well, I tested the Chiron theory on several couples I know very well and it failed - each time. for now, I'm not holding my breath over this theory. my opinion. cris |
tara19 | Folks, A Cinderella transit happens when: 1) Transiting Chiron (in Geo OR Helio - in the longitudes AND the deks/lats) makes a trine, conjunction, parallel or contraparallel to your natal Venus, Jupiter, Neptune, Pluto, or Sun. 2) Transiting Venus, Neptune, Jupiter, Pluto, or the Sun conjuncts, trines, parallels, or contraparallels your natal CHiron (in both Helio AND Geo - in the longitudes AND the deks/lats). After you have checked ALL of those transits, and haven't found a single cinderella transit, you can be pretty darned sure that you are not having a cinderella transit. Please don't make blanket pronunciations of not believing something before your research is fully complete. Cheers, Tara. EDIT: if you want, please email me your data and I can look it up for you - at badhabit19@yahoo.com. |
